Yes, it is commonly a Fuser related issue.
1. Verify the fuser is installed correctly and fully seated.
2. Turn off the printer, remove and reseat the fuser.
3. if same issue, replace the Fuser unit.
4. If no go, then need to replace the DC controller PCA.
