Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

52.0 scanner error when I try to print..

already try turn off n turn on back problem still persist..

using direct socket no extension..

i'm using acer laptop d270 windows 7 ultimate 32bit..

software already up to date..

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting 52.0 scanner error on HP Laserjet p1102 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

Connect the printer directly to wall outlet.

Update the printer firmware.

Click here and download the firmware.

 

Click here and follow the document for more troubleshooting steps.
