Somehow when cleaning a paper jam I accidentally removed "the entire" roller wheel and it popped out.

I figured out how to place the roller axle back in, but there is an additional off-white paper guide that I can't see how to put back. It's not obvious where it should be "snapped" back in. See attached picture.

Unfortunately NONE of the video manuals show how to remove and replace the parts inside, beyond the "squeeze out" cover. Is there a source of additional hardware detail?

Please assist. Thanks.

EDIT: Figured it out by watching the paper jam video closely, pausing it where I saw the plastic piece, and then physically "flipping over" the printer, pulling open the paper tray, and saw where the piece snapped back into place.

HP needs to include a video how to reinstall this piece, as it can come out pretty easily...

Which paper jam video?  I have OJ 4630 and the same part came loose after a paper jam. I can't get it back in.

I found this paper jam video for the ENVY 5530:

This one may be closest to your model:

If the same plastic piece as mine came out of yours, you may want to also try pulling the paper tray completely out and then flipping the printer over to see if you can get it back in from underneath.

The same thing happened to me. is there anyway you can take a picture of it flipped over so i can pop the white piece back in
