I use an HP Envy 5530.  As of today, if I try to print from my browser the right side of what I want to print doesn't print- even if the print preview shows the correct entire page.  I use Windows 10, just ran the HP scan doctor and it failed to solve this problem.  Never had this problem before.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

If you are not sure how to do this, the following resource will walk you through the steps:

How to Uninstall Download & Reinstall a Printer software

Hope that helps!

I did some experimenting on my own.  I now see that if I use Firefox there is a print option of "Shrink to Fit."  The problem is now fixed in Firefox.  But for reasons unknown, that option has disappeared frpm Chrome.  I'm finding more an more glitches in the Chrome softwas.  I don't have the problem with anything except printing from Chrome.  HP had a Smart print option in Chrome.  Wondering if that will fix the issue.

I'll try to uninstall and reinstall the HP software following your suggestion.

Thanks

I did reinstall the HP software as you suggested- but the problem persists in Chrome.   It seems to be one of poor communication between the Google Calendar app (when accessed with the Chrome browser) and the printer.  Another reason to go back to Firefox.
