I have inserted 8.5x22 paper to print a document of that size, but the printer stops at 14 inches.
Is there a way to print 8.5x22?
I'm printing from OpenOffice Writer on Windows 10 to an Envy 5660.

Hi @Printweasel,
Thanks for reaching out to he HP Support Forums with your printing inquiry.
I understand that you are using an HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer with a Windows 10 PC and you would like to know if there is a way to print on 8.5" x 22" paper. I would like to help with that.
I referred to the HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer Specifications and found that Legal paper(8.5" x 14") is the largest paper supported by this printer. 8.5" x 22" size paper is not supported and will not be able to be done with this printer.

I know that the stated maximum paper length for a 5660 is 14 inches, but there doesn't seem to be any physical reason that you couldn't use longer paper.
It just has to stick out of the paper tray.
Could this be fixed in a software update?

Hi @Printweasel,
I cannot say whether or not HP will update the software to include more paper sizes. Usually the updates are to improve performance on existing specifications.
Regards.
