Laserjet 4300

Installed new cartridge, error message 59.4 appears multiple times in spite of doing troubleshooting options, i. e. shut off, unplug, etc.    

 

Unable to print. Do I need new cartridge motor or is there a simpler fix? Thanks.

If you have installed a new, working cartridge your printer will need service.

I suggest contating HP Support.
