HP LaserJet 4350tn

My printer showed 59.40 error code. I tried to follow the direction ( power Turn off the printer and turn on ) . But the error still appear. How should I do ? Thanks

Hi @bluecloud111,

 

Error code 59.40 for HP Laserjet 4350 means that your printer has a print cartridge motor error.

The actions you can do to fix this error are:

 

1 Turn the printer off and then on.

 

2 Replace the print cartridge.

 

3 Reconnect the print-cartridge-motor
wire-harness on the dc controller PCA
(location J86).

 

4 Replace the print-cartridge-motor.

 

5 Replace the dc controller PCA.

 

Try each action at a time and see if the problem has been resolved. If not proceed to the next step.
