Laserjet M475DW

Hi,

I have done a ton of researh on this and still cannot solve the issue. The printer is a home printer with only a few 100 pages through it, it is 2+ years old.

Out of the blue the printer shows error 59.CO which is due to the developer motor. I have tried all the power option (plug it in directly etc), a hard reset and have replaced the developer motor. All toners are 100% HP toners and I have swapped out the current for a new one with no luck

At startup both motors spin up and there is no obstruction.

Questions, is this something to do with alignment? did I need to setup the motors? Is this likely a problem with the DC Controller board?

The printer has has such little use it would be a real shame if I have to scrap it. Please help!!

Thank in advance!!

If the motor does not help hp recommends replacing the driver pca (RM1-8032).
