I have tried using the calibrating/cleaning within the printer, I have cleaned the rollers, however I still have gray streaks running on my pages.  This printer was bought for printing checks.  Can anyone give me some solutions?

are you running MICR toner?

I've had this problem before because the MICR toners will expire. take the toner cartridge out, flip it over, move the little flap on the bottom to expose the imaging drum, try not to touch it, you will probably see the toner on the drum where your streaks are

give the toner a good shake and put it back in the printer. When you close the cover, this will make the printer run a motor check, which will also spin the cartridge and probably clean the drum. You probably can print a few more check but the mark will come back, take the cartridge out and give another lil shake and put back in. If this keeps resolving your issue but it keeps coming back- the cartridge has probably expired. most MICR toners only have a 6 month to 1 year shelf life.

May need to replace the cartridge, transfer roller, or fusing unit

I am not a HP employee. I am a service tech on these forums researching topics and offering my best guess to aide in your troubleshooting.
