Product: HP OFFICE JET PRO 6978
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Printer does not print in color - from the first time I bought it in November 2016. I lived with the lack of color but really need it for a project.

 

I replaced with all color cartifges with HP 920 cartriges and still no color.

 

Help appreciated.
