INSTANT INK. HAVE £74 PREPAID VOUCHER. Came with new printer from Currys. Conditions seem to say that only first month charge will be taken from voucher, then subsequent months from credit/debit card. Then only the Overage fees taken from the voucher credit. Is this correct? Or can the voucher be used against subsequent monthly fees? Seems I'd be better off using a low monthly plan to ensure I use up the voucher value on Overage if true.

Also, is there a time period within which I must activate this voucher after set-up? Doesn't mention it on the voucher terms as far as I can see. So could I set up an account and then add the voucher 3 months later?

Additionally, in the box there is a 3 month free trial to Instant Ink. So, can I set this up first (think it has to be done within 7 days of printer set-up) and then at the end of the trial start to use the prepaid voucher?

Finally, for the free trial, can I specify the frequent printing plan of 300 pages per month for £7.99 and then during the last month of the trial, downgrade it to Occaisional printing, 50 pages a month, £1.99, so I can use the voucher for overage.

Many thanks, awaiting answers before embarking on set-up.

If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836

Looked at those options first but sadly they are closed in the UK till Monday. Was hoping someone on the forum had purchased the printer with the same offer and could advise the best way to maximise the two offers sold with the printer. I'm holding off the set-up until I know as it could make a big difference costwise. If still unresolved by Monday I'll try the online chat. Thanks for your response.
