My boss uses this as his personal office printer.   He receives the "79 Service" error message when trying to print 'some' Adobe PDF files.  We have no problem printing these on other printers, HP CP6015 and a Xerox 78xxx copier/printer work fine but are not located near my bosses office.  Other documents and PDF's print okay, just some of them give us problems.  I have tried installing all 3 driver types available (PCL6, PCL5, & PS)  None of these made a difference.  I also updated to the latest firmware, still get the same error.  I've ran out of things to try so I'm hoping someone has found a solution.  Thanks in advance

PS.  It's connected via USB whereas the other printers that worked are networked.  I'm not sure if this is relevant to this error but thought I should mention it.
