My new all-in-one was professionally set up. Yet I cannot get it to scan more than one page. I need it to scan multi-page documents via the feed; & send to my business email. The only scanning I can get it to do is one page at a time, via the flat scan, and it won't send to an email.
Help, please?
Thanks, Virginia

Hello Virginia, aka @NorthsideV , welcome to the forums!
I read your post about how you cannot scan multiple pages by using the ADF on your Officejet 8610. I would like to know what exactly the problem is when you try to scan? Are you seeing an error message, or does the ADF not feed the paper through the printer?
Please let me know the details and also which operating system you are running on your computer and how you have the printer connected (wireless, USB, or ethernet) and I will do my best to help!
Which Windows Operating System am I running?

Hello there! Welcome to the forums @bctank
Which Mac OS X are you running? See my previous post for the link to help you find that info! I will look into the scanning issue for you. It seems to me that the option to scan from the scanner bed is selected, instead of scanning through the ADF within the scanning software installed on your Mac (if it's installed, which it must be to change scan options).
Hope to hear from you, have a wonderful day!

you said "it seems to me that the option to scan from the scanner bed is selected, instead of scanning through the ADF within the scanning software installed on your Mac (if it's installed, which it must be to change scan options)."
Where is this option?
Thanks

Hey there:)
Thanks for your OS X!:)
Try these steps:
Click Go, Applications, HP Scan and when you click scan, you will see a small triangle, click on that to open up your options. Select "document" and you will be able to select to scan from the Document Feeder.
I hope that helps:)

Thanks for the screen shot!
Now click "scan" and you should see the next window come down from the top and the small triangle I am referring to that contains the options.

I have read the previous post, but i cannot get the ADF to work on the scan either.
Actually, i don't see how to get to the "Applications" page so i can start the process above.
When i look at the small screen it simply gives me options of print, scan. fax, copy, etc.....
