Message of "printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed" error code 0xc19a0003.

Has been printing fine.  Printed 3 different sheets.  Went to print another and received this message.  Went through the

process of soaking the printhead for 10 minutes in hot water which really cleaned a bunch of ink off of it.  Dried in as suggested with coffee filter being cautious to not disturb anything.  Let air dry for an hour after.  Inspected for wetness, saw none, and reinstalled.  Same message.  Can't even run "clean printhead" nor "align printhead".  Not sure what to try next.  Have let set, have turned on, unplugged, let set, replugged, etc. to no avail.  Cartridges have ink, so that's not issue, and they were new HP cartridges when installed.  Nothings changed except the printer message which locks everything else up.  Appreciate assistance please!
