HP Recommended
Product: Officejet Pro 8620
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

For reasons unknown, the scan function on my 8620 operates every few hours all by itself.  There is nothing on the screen and we have not hit the scan button.  The firmware is up to date.  I have restored factory settings and unplugged the power cable,  it the problem persists.  Can anyone help please?
