Product: HP8710

The scan feeder keeps trying to scan another page even when the entire document has been processed.  Then it gives Reload Original error message.  The scan never appears on my computer.  This is a new issue.  The feeder previously worked.  It will make copies but still gives the error message for the last page and does not copy the last page.
