What printer model - I do not find any HP 6560 model.  What operating system?

That is the only model number i have. I just meed to mnow how to put the cartridge in the machine. There is an orange thing on bottom or top. Is that supposed to be removed?

The video here may help locate the model number or product number for the printer.  Is the printer and HP Envy, Deskjet, Photosmart or Officejet model?  What is the product number?  What country are you located in?

Is you printer the HP Officejet Pro 6960?  If so the document here shows how to install the cartridges.  The orange cap will need to be removed, it is then the bottom of the cartridge.
