Printer:
HP ENVY 5665 e-All-in-One Printer
- The A2 envelope size may not be supported in the standard printer software.
If necessary, please create a Custom Size template for your envelope:
HP Printers - Creating Custom Paper Sizes
Dragon Document - Help, suggestions, and examples:
Section named: Custom Paper Sizes
If you are using Word, then one of the following might be helpful:
1. Custom Size Envelope from Word
Scroll down toward the end of the document to see how to move the location of the Return and / or Delivery address.
2. Mail_Merge_Color-Address_Envelope
This second document is admittedly more convoluted and the end-product is likely more complicated than what you are trying to accomplish.
The document does show how to manipulate the size and location of the Return and / or Delivery address by tapping into the envelope setup.

Thank you for your answer. I do not have Word. The setting(s) in my program (PhotosShope Deluxe 4) are set at A2. The settings on my printer LCD screen are "A2", and the settings in the Advanced area of the printer program, "Printing Preferences -- Layout, Paper/Quality", are on A2. Still, the clipping occurs.

Although I cannot find adequate documentation to prove it, I suspect you are running into the "minimum margin" setting for envelopes.
The solution / answer is, "No, you cannot overwrite the printer minimum margin settings."
Still without adequate documentation to explain what the printer can and cannot do, I can suggest the following for you to try:
IF you can trick the printer into thinking your envelope is a Media type that allows borderless printing, then you might be able to print the envelope covered with graphics.
The trick is to find a combination that works.
If you try to select a Media type with another setting that is "not allowed", you will see a tiny yellow triangle next to the illegal setting.
