I also have a new M127 and the automatic paper feeder does not pick up paper. I've installed the newest updates but still not working. Please help! thank you.

I am having the same problem with my new printer. I have gone through all of the step of clearer, cleaning, checking, etc and the link provided could not be located. Please help me to get my adf to recognize that document(s) have been inserted. Thank you.

I have resigned that it will never work..... I wished I had returned the printer.
