Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdw

Back in January we purchased our LasertJet Pro M426fdw. From the very beginning the ADF would not work making it a hassle to have to fax or scan multiple page documents.   I load paper to be faxed and the pages are detected since a message reads "Document loaded" however when the next message reads "Document mispick. Reload."   This is very frustrating.  I would appreciate a fix for this issue. Thank you!
