Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I received an email saying I will be billed from my hp ink in February because my free trial is expiring. Yet I check my account and it says I have 3 months free left. I only have one printer enrolled.  I tried the virtual chat got nowhere. Can't find any other way of contacting anyone about this. Which date do I go by? Or direct me to how to contact a real person please? Thank you in advance ☺️.
