The printer was having trouble connecting to the computer. I tried turning the printer off and on again, and it did not work. I tried deleting the HP ePrint printer option from the computer, but I can not get it back. Can someone help me fix both of these problems?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Officejet Pro 8610. I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to computer and you want to setup ePrint option.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • How are you trying to connect the printer to computer, USB or Wireless?

Meanwhile:

Click here and follow the document to setup HP ePrint option on your printer.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

Cheers.

Trying to connect wirelessly.

I'm pretty sure ePrint is working, but there used to be a way on my computer where I could print without having to use email. Just a normal print. That was not working, so I decided to delete the printer that I was printing from (HP ePrint printer option), but I am unable to get it back. I think that is the root of the problem.
