Hi,
For Wndows 10, you need to install Full Feature Software and Drivers. The HP Scan and Capture is suitable for mobile devices rather a computer.
Have you tried Scan Extended ?
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
Hope it has those options for your printer.
