Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Good morning to everybody,

I need Your help. I forgot Administra​tor Password for EWS utility in my printer and after a factory reset i'm not able to set scan menu and other things.

I tried several password but all wrongs.

Please help me to find a procedure in order to reset it.

Can you get into the pre boot menu on the machine? I think a partial clean would be the next step.
