Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello
We have the error on an M880 MFP with finisher
65.00.A1 2307781_551196 Output accessory disconnected: Multifunction
There is no paper or jam in the finisher
What could be a problem
Have nothing found in the service manual.
