I just relocated my plotter and tried to install it on a new (to me) computer. After getting a bunch of jobs "stuck" in the print queue and having to sacrifice a chicken to get those cleared (why is this still a problem HP), now everything I send just shows "waiting to print" with no resolution or error message.

What is it waiting on? My Yellow cartridge is empty, but I'm printing in B&W. The paper roll is loaded properly... what gives?

Go to your printer property....  see what is printing....  delete all.....

If you have more than one same printer.... remove it, only keep the one    onlne    .....

Otherwise...  delete all printers.... restart computer and driver will install automatically.

You have to  install new yellow ink, even you print only BW... it won't continue....

Hi,

The printer will no print is one or more ink cartridges are empty.

Even if you are printing B&W, you need to have all the inks.

The printer is placing the jobs on hold waiting for you to replace that yellow ink catridge.

Best regards
