HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2645
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer was functioning well with regular light use, until, one day, a copy operation produced this error and no further print or scan is possible.

I looked in the forums and tried the procedure for disconnecting, waiting and restarting but this diod not produce any change. Examined the cartridges and verified that no paper jams were not in place. Took out the color cartridge, then both, and restarted with identical result (error code).

Reading the forums, I understand there's another resetting procedure - I would be interested to learn about that.

@Gen42,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are getting Error Code 0XC4EB11C9 on your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2645 All-in-One Printer and hence the printer does not print, scan or copy.

This issue could be a hardware issue with the unit.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: http://hp.care/2qzXHGw

There is no other reset available for this model of the unit.

If the issue persists, then you may need to contact HP phone support for further assistance at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp

You have a good day ahead.
