I came home one day and my printer was literally having a heart attack. Every light on it was blinking several different colors. This has never happened before. I tried to reset it and it wouldn’t work. I tried to turn it off and the light where the paper comes out turned off but everything else was still blinking. So I unplugged it....days after I plugged it back in and the same thing is happening. I need help

Hi @ANHD,
I'd like to help!
Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Also, try the steps in the document --Blinking Lights and Error Codes
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
