Alligning paper for W2 printing

I am trying to print W2's on preprinted forms and I cannot get it to print correctly on the forms. It prints too high and to the left of where it should be.

w2 printing issues

1. What printer(s) are installed on the computer?
2. How is the printer connected (USB/ wireless/ wired/ Bluetooth)?
3. What is the Operating System of the computer?
4. Do photocopies seem to print out successfully?
5. Have you tried printing from different programs?
6. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

1. HP Officejet Pro 8610

2. USB cable

3. Windows XP (This may be part of my problem. I will be getting new computer and operating system in 2015)

4. Everything else is working perfectly

5. I am going to try reinstalling program
