Hi MrHope,
You will need to set the paper source from the printer preferences.
I am going to install the printer and check the settings.
Let me know what options you have for paper source?

Hi MrHope,
Are you indicating that the paper size you want to have an option to have more than one type of paper at time selected?
If you go to the printer properties you can designate what each tray has assigned to it.

Hi MrHope,
Yes, I remember I just wanted to make sure with all the setting adjustment you still have them set correctly. Is the tray 1 the only one that fails to stay set after you hit apply/ok or does tray 2 do the same thing?
Thank you for being patient during our troubleshooting process.
