HP Officejet 4500 Wireless
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Officejet 4500 Wireless printer.  My automatic document feeder has slop working.  When I press in the number of copies and press "ok".  The screen returns to "# of copies" and want feed the  copy to print.  I can print from my computer to the printer.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

After pressing the number of copies, have you tried to press "Color or Black" to start the copy?

When you place the document into the ADF, was a "ding" sound to register that the document has been loaded?

Here's the userguide for your reference:

Page 37 has the copy steps.

Thanks.
