Automatic duplex printing works when I print the Configuration Report directly from the printer.  When I send a PDF file to the printer, I only see the Manual Duplex option.  I believe my printer model supports automatic duplex printing.  Ideas?

Hi,

Change the setting to Installed and press the Update Now button, that should resolve the problem.

Hi,
Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.

Regards,
Shlomi

Says Duplex Unit is not installed but spec sheet for my model says it comes with auto duplex feature.

Sorry, should have mentioned that I tried that.  Changed setting to Installed and clicked on Update Now.  Change did not take.
