Automatic printing on both sides

I just setup my printer, but I can't get the duplex printing to work.
When I try to print on both sides the only option it gives me is to manually reload the paper to print the other side.

I thouight this printer would automatically flip the paper for me.  That's why I bought this model.

Which model do you have?  The M277n does not have auto duplexing and the M277dw does have auto duplexing.
