@Darkblaro,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print quality issues with your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4615 All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the cartridges are not vented or seated properly.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Fixing Poor Print Quality

Let me know how this works.

Thank you for your response. Now printer cannot print with black color. If I want to use only black ink, the printer doesn't print and I get white paper. Black ink is poured into the printer.

@Darkblaro,

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.

This issue could occur black cart is empty or the printhead is defective.

Please follow the link to change the settings to print in black only: Printing with Black Ink Only (Windows)

Also, you may follow the steps provided below to clean the printhead:

  1. Load plain, white U.S. letter or A4 size paper in the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, press the Setup icon.

  3. Press the button next to the arrow until Tools displays next to OK.

  4. Press the button next to OK to select Tools, and then press the button next to the arrow until Clean Printhead displays next to OK.

  5. Press the button next to OK to clean the printheads.

    The printer cleans the printheads and then prints a test page.

  6. Evaluate the test page for print quality.

  • If the print quality on the test page is satisfactory, touch No to return to the current print job.

  • If the print quality on the test page is unsatisfactory, touch Yes to perform a secondary cleaning of the printhead.

    There are three printhead cleaning stages. Complete all three stages if necessary. If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes after the last (third) cleaning stage to start the first stage of the cleaning process over again.

Let me know if this works.

You have a good day ahead.
