Product: HP Z3200
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have been experiencing problems with colour, if I run through efi Xpress the first 10cms of the print is a completley different colour to the rest of the print very cold on the first proof through. The second sheet is much better.

If I run direct I experience banding.

Does it need a service or is there something I need to run to clear this issue,
