Deskjet 3520 e-All-in-One

Black ink cartridge doesn't print. Tried 564 and 564XL, cleaned printer heads, followed online instructions to gently clean area above HP insignia with a pin (on only one of the three cartridges tried). Ink levels show all cartridges, including black, full (they're all new). Print outs (one with color dashes) show all three colors but black, printout of cleaned heads shows all color blocks orange, green, dark blue, yellow, pink and blue.

Can't copy in black or print a document from my computer in black...never a problem before. Have had the printer 4 years. Help, please! Soon, if possible! Thank you!
