Product: Envy 5540

My Envy 5540 prints everything in black, Cleaning and test page show colour cartridge ok. Printout from OpenOffice and **bleep** which are coloured come out in black ink only.  Tried printer setup in OpenOffice - there appears to be no option to switch in/out of grayscale or black only. Run Print and Scan Doctor - no better.  Latest software installed. Help please - what am I missing?
