I need to be able to print my emails duplex and in black and white with my HP 8720. I can do this in WOrd or in google chrome but in outlook express using WIndows 10. HELP! I've tried to change the settings but I don't see how to save. In WORD and on the internet using CHrome there are options with each document to print duplex, bw but NOT within Outlook express.

Hi @bw-pr10,
Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are unable to print duplex from outlook express.
This issue could occur duplex printing is not enabled in the drivers.
Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you in the link depending upon the operating system installed on the computer:
1. Printing on Both Sides of the Paper (Mac) (Duplexing)
2. Printing on Both Sides of the Paper (Windows) (Duplexing)
Let me know how this works.
You have a good day ahead.

Yes, thanks this does work, but only if I shrink my display screen to microprint. What I was needing/looking for is the expanded SETTING that appears when I print a document in WORD or on Google Chrome. WIthout having to go thru all these steps and shrink my big print setting, there is a list of choices like duplex, bw etc. Why isn't this helpful window on Windows 10 Outlook???

Hi @bw-pr10,
Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that duplex printing works in outlook only if the printed pages are not enlarged.
This is the only option that we have in the print settings. You may check the Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows) in the link: Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)
For further assistance, you may contact HP phone support for further assistance at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp
You have a good day ahead.
