@DDx,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that the display of your HP Printer is blank and you are able to print from the computer.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: http://hp.care/2kaNjFh

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.

Thank you: BUT I have seen this and fine the steps required. I have even tried to 'get support' but instead if a direct link up; it takes me to the website as if I am linking up for the first time, requiring me to even select the country I am in! HOW TEDIOUS! If you want people to use the website, don't you think a more logical and direct link availability would be the best way?
I find it even more annoying when you go through all the steps to find the model/serial number (not where the website said I would find it!) etc; there comes a message says Ng the warranty is over and a selection to 'challenge' this! Yet, NO link to get assistance that I could pay for.... so; what is the point? Can't get help, get doubly annoyed by a badly designed website and then you send me a link that I have already found and used! In other words; more of my time is being wasted but the printer is still a lame duck!
It's about time the HO gets real and realises that customers need proper support and service help!

@DDx,

Thank you for your reply, I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
