HP OfficeJet 8610
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

The printer has not been printing for the past 2 weeks and I have checked the connections--WiFi and wall outlets; they are properly connected.  When I click Print the printer makes the usual sounds but a blank sheet of paper comes out.  Today the blue light is blinking and there is a yellow triangle and question mark under the copy icon on the front of the printer.

Hi, thanks for reporting the issue.

Blue light blinking means, the printer is disconnected from wireless. You might need to setup the wirless again.

disconnect power cable from printer for 30 seconds, and connect the power back.

Now power on the printer and go to wireless settings to setup wireless using wireless setup wizard.

Once done. you can send the print job from PC.

If you still have the problem,

Download the HP Print Scan doctor from HP website. It will diagnose and fix the problem for you.
