I am unable to connect printer wirelessly. I purchased a bluetooth adapter. The information I have obtained instructs me to
open the toolbox from the printer control panel. Control panel apparently was not included in the software I downloaded and installed. I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks............

Hi,
Which bluetooth adapter did you purchased? is it the HP BT400 or the BT450?
You should pair the Bluetooth device with youyr PC, then click Add Printer under Devices and Printers, the HP Toolbox should not be applicable for the print solution available for Windows 10.
If you experience any issues, please clarify what exact steps you are trying to take and what exact behavior you experience.

I have also purchased a universal Bluetooth USB Adapter and plugged into my HP Deskjet 6940 with no results. The USB device is showing a blue light, however, there is an orange exclamation point (!) showing next to it. My printer EWS screen states: "There is no Bluetooth Device present."
I have followed all instructions from the on-line HP User Guide without any luck. Why does the printer not recognize the Bluetooth USB Adapter?
Please help!
