Hi
I have recently updated my laptop to Windows 11 and purchased a new HP OfficeJet Pro 9022e but it will no longer printer borderless, no matter what settings I use there is a boarder around the document, where in Word the document there are no boarders or margins. I use to be able to print on both sides, in any quality such as draft, normal and best and black and white. What I have tried
Restore to factory settings printer
Restore to factory settings laptop
Installed full drivers
Changed margins on document
Tried different software, same error
Tried different PC, same error
Changed the driver from MS IPP to HP
Rang HP support and they said was MS issue, rang MS and they said was HP issue
Different documents
Page set up in printer control panel
USB and WI-FI and ethernet connections
At a total loss, any ideas?
Thanks

Hi,
Do you use a photo paper?
Borderless printing is supported on thicker photo paper media only and not on any other paper type, also be sure to evaluate the printer screen when loading Photo Paper into the tray to set the required paper type for the printer.

Hi @q7brewst ,
Maybe you need to change the Paper Type to Other Matte Inkjet Papers
and also change in More settings to Borderless printing.
Try the steps shown in the next video:
