I bought the wrong ink. I just opened it and put it in and got error message, googled error message and checked ink and yep it's the wrong one. I use 61 and I got 62xl combo pack. Is there any thing I can do since store won't take it back since it's open.

Hi @rstrope,

 

Sorry...the store only replace the same cartridge in failure cause.
In this case, check if exist another option directly with HP:
