Product: HP Deskjet2541
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Hp deskjet2541 which requires a 61cartridge but my husband accidently bought a 65 tri color and black cartridge at walmart for $35. I didn't notice before I opened the box  and cartidges it was the wrong ones. Now im stuck with 2 cartridges I can't use and out $35. Walmart won't take them back since they were opened. What do I do not to be out $35? If you can't help me I will be getting a different brand printer because this is ridiculous. I have things to do for our company but I have no :womanmad: printer. Please help me find a solution. :womansad:

Sorry, HP only takes back new UNOPENED cartridges for exchange.  Try selling them on eBay.
