Hi,

i have an HP officejet 4620 .

I can't print because it s necessary to install the setup inks , but right now i have only two of the four setup inks.

I bought new inks 364 ORIGINAL HP but the printer doesn't work with them in BUT if i remove only ONE of the  inks (not the setup inks but the inks i bought) the printer tells me that i have to install all the inks but in this way, the printer recognizes the other tree inks which are not the setup inks.

my question is:

how can i print if i don't have all the setup inks? ... and... if it is impossible... how can i print if i don't have one ink? for example the magenta one. because I WOULD TO PRINT ONLY IN BLACK AND WHITE. i don't need to use color.

I am sorry to inform that it is not possible to setup your printer without the setup ink cartridges. I have attached the documents that explain:-

What happens if I do not use SETUP ink cartridges when setting up a new printer or installing a new ...

Installing normal ink cartridges during the initial printer setup causes a printer error prompting you to install SETUP ink cartridges. The printer cannot be set up without associated SETUP ink cartridges installed. If you purchased a new HP printer that requires SETUP ink cartridges but did not come with SETUP ink cartridges, got to HP Customer Support - Contact to contact HP.
