I understand that when you scan to email and send it  to ePrint it produces a blank document.

This is usually a server issue. I would wait a day and retry.. If issue persists you will need to remove web services and than turn it back on. This will cause the loss of your customized email address. When you setup your web services you must choose a  different email address for the printer.

Here is a link to a document on description of control panel  click here.

Number 8 is the button to press.Then select Remove web services. Then touch the ePrint button again,

then  accept terms, and a new info page will print once it reconnects.

Remember to go to the ePrint center and remove  the printer and add it back..
