Did you do a partial clean or a full clean from the pre boot menu?

If you have not then you might need to do a partial clean which will wipe out your active firmware copy and any data you have stored on the machine.

Please note that if you do a full clean you need to have a copy of the firmware ready on a USB stick because afterwards the machine will not work until the firmware is reloaded.

You can probably find instructions and possibly even videos online giving you all the steps to do either procedure, so I'm not going to try to go into details someone else probably documented better than I would off the top of my head.

Download the Firmware from the web site again, you seem to have a corrupted or incomplete file.

Did you make sure your USB Drive was formatted properly? I think it might have to be fat 32 but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Also if you have two USB drives from different manufacturers you might try putting it on both drives because occasionally you might have a compatibility problem.
