Hi there,

 

For the past few days, the printer in our office has decided to keep resetting/restarting itself every 20/30 seconds or so. We have determined that a certain PDF is casuing this and once we try to print this PDF it will then not allow any other PDF's to be printed. We can print e-mails, word documents etc fine but can no longer print PDF's.

 

Can anyone offer a solution or way to solve this issue?
