Hello. We own an HP Color LaserJet CP4025 which has been running successfully under Windows 7 Professional. We recently upgraded to Windows 10 Professional, and the printer no longer works. I have spoken with several techs at HP, who have done remote control diagnosis and troubleshooting to no avail. They say that it appears to be a communications problem involving the DOT4 port. I've seen other posts regarding other printers with a similar problem, and am hoping you can find a solution to this one.
I have run the HP Print and Scan Doctor and it confirms a port problem. Please advise if there is more detailed information that you need to help with diagnosis, as we rely heavily on this printer in our organization. Thank you very much.

Here are some screenshots of information I felt would be pertinent. Please note that in the ports listing in the first screenshot, there is **no** USB port listed as an option. Again, any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
