I try to calibrate the printer but I am getting the error: Calibration cancled due to scaning problems.

I'll appreciate any help!

My Z3200 44" has the same error after about 80% printed. No matter how I tried. I suspect the service station is too dirty & could not clean printheads good....  but color calibration pass & also print beautiful & perfect photos.

 

You can try to run    printhead cleaning...... color calibration....  then printhead alignment.  Even with error, it can still print nicely...

This morning I did a color calibration & saw one color was missing. I checked the E/G  & it was empty, so I replaced it

with a 2018 brand new printhead & now it pass the color colibration & printhead alignment sucessfuly..

 

I suspect there is air inside tube & before I saw it had same color.

 

Anyway now it is working & I am very happy.
